A full three days of adventure and exploration with photographers Tommy White and Alistair Nicol, in the splendor of the Great Smoky Mountains. We will meet Friday the 20th for introductions and instructions before hitting the trail for an evening shoot. A seemingly limitless variety of subjects will be on hand from the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, a variety of waterfalls, Cades Cove and many of our favorite vistas. We’ll be kicking the mornings off with a spectacular sunrise, followed by a stop at our favorite mountain streams. Fresh springtime blooms will adorn the rivers with a display that sure to be show stopper! During the evenings, we will turn our attention westward and photograph three evenings of stunning sunsets. The views in the Smoky Mountains are some of the most spectacular east of the Mississippi, with layers of misty blue ridges and stunning vistas. This area of the park is also teeming with wildlife: bear, deer, turkey, coyote and elk are not uncommon in this area of the park.
